This Privacy Policy explains how North Pier Media ("we," "us"), operator of Sure Home Hub (the "Site"), collects and uses information when you use the Site. Sure Home Hub is an advertising and information service. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with Medicare, the Department of Veterans Affairs, or any government program.
Information we collect
When you use our guides and request to speak with a specialist, we may collect: answers you provide to on-page questions (such as project type and ZIP code); your telephone number if you choose to call or request a call; and technical information such as device type, operating system, referring ad, and campaign identifiers passed in the page's web address.
Calls and call tracking
When you tap a phone number on the Site, your call may be connected through a call-tracking service that inserts a dynamic phone number so we can measure which guide and advertisement led to your call. Calls may be recorded and/or monitored for compliance and quality assurance. Recordings are retained for a limited period consistent with applicable law.
Website analytics and session replay
We use a third-party product-analytics provider (PostHog) to understand how visitors use our guides so we can improve them. This service places cookies or similar local storage in your browser and records technical and behavioural information such as the pages you view, how far you scroll, which buttons and links you tap, your approximate location derived from your IP address, and your device, browser, and operating system.
This includes session replay: a reconstruction of your visit that lets us watch how the page behaved and where it may have been confusing. Replays capture page content and your taps, scrolling, and mouse movement. Values you type into fields are masked and are not recorded in replays. We use this information in aggregate to improve the Site's clarity and performance — not to identify you personally — and we do not sell it.

How we use and share information
We use the information to connect you with independent, licensed local contractors and service providers, to operate and improve the Site, and to measure advertising performance. When you ask to be connected, we share the information necessary to complete that connection with the relevant provider or a lead/call network acting on their behalf. We do not sell your information for unrelated purposes.
Your consent to be contacted
If you provide your phone number and consent, you agree that we, or the local specialist we connect you with, may contact you by phone or text about home-safety and home-improvement products at the number you provide, including by automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by telling the caller or replying STOP to texts.
